Park is a pet-friendly apartment community. We welcome both cats and dogs. You'll need to pay a pet fee of $250 for your first pet and $100 for your second, plus a monthly pet rent of $20 for each pet you have. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment at Park. If you have questions about your specific pets, just reach out to the leasing office. 

Parking is easy and convenient at Park Apartments - it's even in our name! We have plenty of parking lots throughout the community in front of each residential building, as well as guest parking.
